We love being a part of your plant journey and we are so grateful you trust us to help your plants thrive.

FOR LARGE PLANTS &MULTIPLE REPOTS

Do you have a large plant or several plants to refresh and repot? We are happy to help! Large plants like Monsteras or multiple repots need a little extra time and space for us to work on.

Please message us or call ahead to schedule a repotting appointment. There is a $25 repot fee to reserve your spot, and our repot appointments are scheduled throughout the week before store opening so we can give your plants the time and attention they deserve.

We require repot appointments for all large Monsteras.

If you are just bringing a few smaller repots or your own pots to pot in to, bring them by anytime.

Before you bring your plants in for repotting or a check-up, please take a moment to examine them from the leaves down to the soil. If you spot anything unusual—such as sticky spots, webbing, white fuzz, or tiny bugs—don't hesitate to reach out to us via Instagram or email with a photo. We're here to help identify any problems and guide you on what to do next. By following these precautions, we can maintain a safe, pest-free environment for all plant enthusiasts!

Bringing in your own pots for us to pot into? We love that!

To prepare them for new plants, please make sure to remove any old debris and soil. If any plants didn’t survive, please dispose of them before your visit, as old soil may contain pests, diseases & fungal spores. A quick spray with disinfectant and wipe down will help us create a safe and healthy space for your plants and everyone else's as well!

plan ahead & expect weekends to be busy

Are you bringing in a large or heavy plant for our repotting services? Please make sure you have plenty of room to transport it here and back home.

If the plant is extra bulky or heavy, we recommend bringing a friend or family member to assist you. Our team may not always be able to assist you right away or lift heavy plants.

We do offer delivery services for $75-$125 depending on the area. We also do offer on-site repotting service starting at $175 an hour plus materials if you have plants that can't be transported. Please come in or call the shop to schedule.

Weekends are our busiest days in the shop, which means repots may take a little longer to get to or to happen. If you are hoping for a quick repot, weekdays are always best. We are always happy to help, but during high traffic hours our team may need extra time to get to your plants.
